CARLISLE — The Carlisle Local Schools Board of Education elected William Jewell, Sr. as board president and Bryan Dunkman as vice president for 2012 at its organizational meeting Jan. 2.

The Carlisle school board also established its meeting schedule for 2012. It will meet at 6 p.m. on the fourth Monday of every month, except in May (May 21) and December (Dec. 17).

The board meets in the Choir-Lecture Room at Carlisle High School, 250 Jamaica Road.
