The City of Carlisle is accepting applications for the position of Police Court Clerk/Mayor's Court Clerk.  This is a designated full-time position

Responsibilities include:  setting court agenda and preparing all court paperwork, entering findings, maintaining all court and police records, answering public information requests, and serving as secretary to the Chief of Police.



Submit completed application and work-related references to: City of Carlisle, 760 West Central Ave., Carlisle, OH 45005 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.  Applications are available at the aforementioned address during normal business hours or available on the city's website.

Completed applications must be returned to Flo Estes no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, July 14, 2010.

All applicants must take a pre-employment test.  The test will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2010 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.  Location of the exam is to be determined.

    Is this job in town hall a "CABINET" position to be filled by only a FRIEND or can any piece of clay regular human stand a chance of getting it. Looks like the job description has got a touch of everything thrown into the mix except mopping the floors every third day on your lunch hour.
