Your Best Body Fitness Class

(No class March 30)
Tuesdays & Thursdays
6:30-7:30 pm

$5.00 per class or $56.00 for whole session
(16 classes)

Work at your own level—Everyone Welcome!!

Please supply your own mat, stability ball and water bottle.

Tuesday Classes include One Full Hour packed full of strength
training, cardio bursts & ab/core work.

Thursday Classes include 20 minutes A2Z Club Fit Dancing
followed by strength & core training.

The last 15 minutes of each class is devoted to
developmental stretch and yoga/Pilates inspired moves.

Each class is designed to be a full body workout
with no two classes the same!
