COLUMBUS— State Representative Pete A. Beck (R-Mason) yesterday was appointed to the House Public Utilities Committee for the remainder of the 128^th General Assembly. Updated committee assignments were announced by Ohio House Speaker Armond Budish (D-Beachwood) and House Republican Leader William G. Batchelder (R-Medina).

“I am pleased to be given the opportunity to serve on the Public Utilities Committee for the remainder of the 128^th General Assembly,” Beck said. “I am anxiously looking forward to the legislation that shall come before me on the committee so that I can help facilitate significant issues Ohioans are facing throughout the state.”

Additionally, Beck currently serves on the House Economic Development; Housing and Urban Development; and Veterans Affairs committees.

Beck is currently serving his first term with the Ohio House of Representatives.
