Carlisle Park Board will be sponsoring the Home Decorating Contest on Wednesday, December 16, 2009.

Most Festive
Most Traditional
Most Elegant
Most Original
Hall of Fame
Make sure your lights are on early, the Park Board will be starting their tour at 7PM.
Will the (non-voting) members of the Park Board get to vote ???????????????????? How does that work anyway? And how many non-voting members can serve on the Park Board.
