This past weekend, Dairy Queen made it official by hosting and celebrating their Grand Opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a day full of festivities!

Saturday, August 1st at 10:30am Dairy Queen owners Jenny Johnson and Jen Knoll and a host of City Council, Fire Chief, Police Department, Carlisle Chamber of Commerce members, and our Mayor Tim Humphries christened the New Dairy Queen with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony. It was a big turnout for a ribbon cutting. We overheard one owner say that she only expected six or so people. The turnout of around 25-50 was a good surprise to the owners!!

After the ribbon cutting, Dairy Queen was open for business as usual but had festivities all day long from discounted menu prices, pony rides, Live DJ, Karaoke, and kids games and face painting!

Many thanks to the new owners who have reopened the Dairy Queen with class and professionalism that brings the community quality service and great food and treats!!
